SPECIAL PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

This is to inform all stakeholders that there has been a fire at NICO General, NICO Life and NICO Pensions offices at NICO House, corner of Stewart Street and Haile Salassie Avenue in Blantyre today,5th October, 2018.

The fire brigade, Blantyre City Council are on the ground and have contained the fire.

All people including staff that were in the building have been safely evacuated. There are no injuries

The cause of the fire is currently not yet known.

Disaster  recovery  and  business  continuity  measures  are  being implemented to minimize disruption to our business operations.

Updates will be provided as appropriate.
