NICO Life hosted an awards ceremony to celebrate the outstanding performance of their sales agents in Malawi. The ceremony was attended by sales agents from across the country, who gathered to recognize the achievements of their colleagues and reflect on the contributions they have made in 2023.
A total of eight sales agents received awards across three categories: Highest number of cases, Highest Tilinanu sales and Highest annual premium across the regions of Mzuzu, Lilongwe and Blantyre. In addition to these individual awards, three overall awards were presented for the highest Zonse Savings Plan sales, Sales Agent of the Year and Team Leader of the Year award.

Iris Ghambi for achieving the Highest Annual Premium
Olive Tamvekenji for obtaining the highest number of cases
Iris Ghambi for highest Tilinanu sales
Lilongwe:
Loti Maziya for achieving the Highest Annual Premium
Yobe Boniface for obtaining the highest number of cases
Yobe Boniface for highest Tilinanu sales
Blantyre:
Chikondi Feza for achieving the Highest Annual Premium
Alice Pete for obtaining the highest number of cases
Msinjilireni Ingolo for highest Tilinanu sales
Overall Awards:
Iris Ghambi for achieving the Highest Zonse Savings Plan sales
Chikondi Feza for being the Sales Agent of the Year
Arthur Mmanga for being the Team Leader of the Year
