NICO Life Insurance Company Limited has donated a color printer to Chileka Traffic Police Office in Blantyre after the company noted with concern that the station does not have a printer
Speaking during the handover presentation, NICO Life Acting Business Development and Marketing Manager Nancy Bisika said that the printer was donated in response to the Police Stations need. “We felt the donation of the printer is a necessary resource for the station considering that documents such as accident reports and files were being printed or copied at a private printing bureau. The printing and photocopy of items at another location could’ve created risk of compromising the security and privacy of the documents hence our donation. In addition we ensured that the type of printer we provide is multifunctional and easy to service”.
In her remarks, Chileka Police Station Officer in Charge Miss D. Lemani SACP said she was happy to receive the printer and that it will go a long was in addressing the day to day administrative duties of the station and that its importance cannot be over-emphasized.
